bc the s13 seats suck. and the s14 seats are a lot better and are fairly cheap. Some really nice seats would be the s15 seats but those are really expensive.

Ok that really wasnt a definitive answer. Why do the s13 seats suck? and what are the differences that make the s14 better. I have the s13 seats in my car and they have been freshly leathered. I like them just fine?? This is the reason for the question.

well i would say 90% of the time the s13 seat has the normal tear on the side and also they are not that comfortable, poor lumbar support and on long drives you will become uncomfortable very easily.

I think you're talking about for the front seats, which is true. As for the back seats, I've only used them to hold people once. Seems mainly for insurance purposes.

Interesting. The longest drive I have takin in it was about an hour 1 way with no discomfort. Will have to see how it feels on longer drives. I may not have the problem since these seats had additional padding added when the leather was done. If I suffer from discomfort I will have to consider this swap.

Thank you for defining.
