S14 Rear Seats in a S13

I was refered to this website from some super cool people @ RbMotoring.com. They told me that someone on this site could possibly help me out with my S14 Rear seats. I just got them recently and I tried numerously to try to put them on my 91* 240sx...w/o modification since I didn't want to mess up some really nice silvia seats...So if anyone knows how to modify it properly to get them on can ya help me out b/c they look so awesome with the matching two front seats, I'd hate to put back on the abrasive, boring, old rear seat..
