hate to break it to you, but there is very little information out there on S14-RB25 wiring.

the most you are gonna find is wiring diagrams, Meggala has it but the link isnt working right now.http://www.meggala.com\rb25detenglish.html/

14 wires. All, and I mean ALL of the information you need can be found on this forum for the RB25 side and freshalloy (240SX Advanced) for the S14 side.

the major problem im confused with is what to do with the two EFI harnesses? Do i combint them to make one, modify the S14 harness or modify the RB25 harness and what ecu do i use?I think i can use the S14 lower harness, its mostly the EFI im confused about.ThanksTHomas

noyou use the skyline EFI harness

the alternnator harness, you can use the KA or skylines, if you use the KA's you need to remove the knock sensor sub harness and change the oil presure sensor also run a power wire to the air valve and if you have a type I motor switched power to the injectors, if you use the RB's you must swap out the fuse box sub harness, it runs to the transmission sensors like neutral and reverse lights. you also must wire switched power to the starter.

there is more im forgetting but i dont have my notes in front of me.

Umm... what kind of info? You just follow the lines to see where they go. Are you looking for color codes? If so, they are just something like this:

B = blackL = blueBR = brownG = greenY = yellowR = redLG = light greenSB = sky bluePU = purpleW = whiteOR = orange

and if you have R/B, it's red with a black stripe, PU/W is purple with a white stripe, etc.

Wires are marked with codes where they enter connectors, so you just match the code like AF02 to wherever it is located on the connector.

Other than that... just follow the black line from point A to B.
