S14 RB25det and subframe removal from bottom

I searched around for a while but i cant find much on this.

I have 2 s14 chassis in my garage and im moving pretty much everything from one to the other. Engine set, front subframe, gas tank, rear suspension, diff, coils... everything.

I want to do this as easily as possible and i have it in my head that if i can lift the car high enough, it would be cake to just lay the whole front subframe/engine assy on a roller and slide it right under the other car, up and in. But not being able to find anyone that's dont it is making me second guess myself. Also, im doing this alone so id like this to be a painless as possible.

Any insight or am i better off just going the normal route?
