Done practically everything so far..... BUT..... as i was looming everything up, i noticed two wires 1 yellow and 1 grey wire! Yellow wire was traced to the IAA plug but were does it go!?!? GREY wire is a DAMN mystery! Outa fustration i started to check the pins on M63-F3 / Relays/ and ECM plug for currents. Conclusion......... No power to fuel pump, No power to my Start button! Im thinking it might need the ECU to power them up? Should it work with out the ECU? Need you guys, im sooooo close i can feel it!

You won't get power to anything if the ECU is not installed unless you manually ground the coil sides of the ECCS and IGN relays.

I don't know what you are talking about when you say a yellow wire being traced back to the AAC. That should have brown/red and blue/white wires. The only two yellow wires on the RB25 harness are for the A/C harness and injector #5 ground wire to the ECU.

There is also a yellow wire from the M63 plug directly to the ECU, but I have no idea what that does? (AF11 pin 22)

Your right on the b/r & l/w wires. But, My purple plug in the engine bay goes to my IAC wich has 1blk and 1yellow wire. Thats what i mean (sorry!)Where doese that yellow go? On the ECU plug i have some relay clicking when i test on: #1 (af05), #103 (af63) and then i have power on #35 (????) Is this right? Ive plugged my ECU turned power on to the ECU but i turned chicken almost immidiately and unplugged batt. I dont have key ingnition anymore just fuel switch, push start, fan switch, and aux switch.

Which wiring guide are you using? The one off of racebread right?

yeah, modified by ...hacker..... something. ive got the RB25DET Diagram from an austrailian site, and one i think i found on racebread, i also have ECU pinout Diagram from PLX devicesEverything matchesm no oddballs but i just can find those two wires:1blk and 1yellow wire

So for an added question....If all wirering is wrong (i hope not cause i was VERY carefull), would the ECU fry out on power? Vice versa, if i did everything right ... ECU would blink, starter would fire etc.... right?

I found the GREY (AF81) wire! It jumps from each injector to a 7pin plug...... separates, and goes to a 8pin plug. Is the grey wire power?? Of that plug it goes to LSD/ABS........ AC and then CC30/NV11 meet AF21/AF14 to ECU.

Does yellow wire (IACV) go to AF65 (ECCS/H NO.2)???ORDoes it get spliced with AACV wire (B/R) that runs to ECU??

Yeah that's ehacker's guide that I expanded upon. You are on the right track. If you followed that, then your wiring is right and your ECU will not fry. If you were sloppy, there are no guarantees

Yes!

NV11 and CC30 do not technically "meet" AF21 and AF14. It is a method Nissan uses to consolidate the wiring diagram so 100 individual wires/lines are not shown.

I still have no idea where the yellow and black wires are from. I know for sure that it DOES NOT go to the yellow ECCS/H NO.2 wire. That is the fuel injector harness and would make absolutely no sense.

Is the yellow wire located in that same 8-pin plug that the grey wire is in? If so, forget it. Don't need it.

Thanks Darius for your helpfull input!Im going to unravel my harness again and upload a picture to you.I have connected the ECU and the F3/M63 plug and have no power. I have checked the inside of my ECU and have no burnt resistors/or weld spots like it would if i fried it so, im guessing i may still be in the clear! What is the best place to connect the grey wire?

LOL I was looking thru the pics of my swap from about 3 years ago and found this gem! Notice the color of the AAC wire that is "supposed" to be white with a blue stripe? Yep solid yellow! And I thought you were crazy at first That is the wire that splices in to a bunch of other wires since it is 12V power. The darker colored wire (theoretically BR/R) should go to pin 4 on the ECU. Check for continuity.

About the grey injector wire: The first time around I spliced into the side of it near the hole in the firewall and ran it to the battery. It didn't start and I had issues with my ECCS and IGN relays not closing like they should have (ECU didn't get powered up). Took me forever and a god damned day to figure out that the relays were not grounding properly.

When I rewired it , I cut the grey wire at the 8-pin plug and connected it to fused 12V power straight off of the fuse box/battery. The relay and power issue went away completely.

Good luck!
