Here is where I'm at, car wont rev over 2k ish,running stupid stupid rich, starts right up and idles but when i give it gas it just bogs and dies

The engine won't start if there is no vac leak as soon as i create a vac leak it will start right up I have no clue how to hook up the Iac hoses due to the aftermarket manifold when Iac is hooked car wont start, unplug iac hose and let it suck in air the car starts right up connect iac hose car dies.. I'm stuck on this I have hooked it up 3 different ways and won't start

Ecu wont show me codes, led stayslit I have turned the knob cw and ccw for 10 mins no diag mode, I have been told the ecu is in limp mode due to a crappy ebay eprom chip.. would like to talk to carl h about a new chip

Mods are, z32 maf, wiring specialties harness, front facing manifold, gt2870r1, fmic,3inch turbo back exhaust, adjustable cam gears, walbro 255 fuel pump,
