I am about to buy a 95 Nissan 240 soon, for 3500. It has 109kmiles on it, runs good, great car. The only problem that bugs me is that the headlights are really clouded. I hate that, and the fact that I cant find any better looking ones to replace em'. Do you guys know of any 95-96 projector lights? No to the strawberry face for now.

I searched

I dont know much about projector headlights because I never really looked into improving my lighting but now one foglight burned out so I may want to consider upgrading all my lighting (I do much backroad driving at night and better lighting means I can see deer quicker). I searched google for projector headlights and came across PIAA bulbs on pdm-racing.com. Here's a dumb question: are you guys talking about these bulbs? Says the S14 doesn't need any conversion to use them. I'm thinking about getting them for christmas to make my car look nice during the night because theres an s14a that looks like it has xenon lights, (they are blue, i dont know anything about headlights so they could be ebay bulbs for all I know) and like I said I do alot of night driving for fun so lighting is important.

If I'm understanding this wrong and these PIAA bulbs are just hologen and you guys are talking about xenon let me know.I have a car and driver article that says xenon are actually worse than hologen. The average xenon light has less distance vs a good hologen light.. someone please look over my post because i bet i'm talking out my ***.. correct me so I can understand this stuff better. I could possibly try to scan this article if it's related to what you guys are talking about.

There is a thread that tells how to clean the stock ones to look new. search and see if you can find it. It had something to do with polishing them with a certain type of polish.

I did a write up... it's in the tech section too I think :

But Meguiars now has some stuff called Plastic X that will make your headlights look like new. I would love for someone to try this stuff out, being that I have brand new headlights because of my accident, I can't do it myself.

what I'm talking about are the true xenon HID projectors retrofit inside the headlights...

I have the PIAA's right now and they are basically colored halogen bulbs.. they are however brighter than the normal halogen... so I would recomend those if you don't want to spend $300+ for the real HID
