S14 Power window problems

Alright here is the scenario, my s14 driver side power window will not go down but my passenger side window goes down just fine.

I have searched only to find zero results for this specific situation, I assume it is the switch but I would like some verification.

hmm it might not even the swittch because im experiencing the same problem. i replaced the motor and switch and still no luck,i'd like to know the answer if anyone has any sugjestions.

Most likely the window amp. I had a similar problem in my first s14, except none of the windows worked. I picked one up for 30 bucks. Hope that helps

Yep, window amp. It's on the driver's side and is a common issue with our cars. Everyone experiences it failing at some point.

even if it doesn't look burnt out like that link shows, it's probably still bad. ask me how i know.
