S14 Power Steering Removal : Questions

Ok I've read over a few posts on removing the powersteering. Right now I have the belt, Pump, Bracket, and resivor out of the car. I saw in a few posts that some people were looping the hard lines together and leaving some fluid in the rack. My questions are:

1. What kind of line did you use to loop them together?

2. What other lines do I need to remove?

3. Does anyone have pictures of the lines removed?

4. How much fluid did people put back into the rack?

P.S. if anyone has any pictures of how to do this or has a better write-up that would definitely help.
