S14 Power steering pump on RB20?

Hi,

I've searched a lot since this afternoon and I didn't find exactly the answer I am looking for.

I removed my PS pump from my S14 this afternoon and I went to test fit it on my RB20. The pump doesn't fit on the bracket, I can't get it mounted.

The bracket is 2 1/8 inches wide and the pump is 2 5/8 inches.

If some people have used an s14 pump on an rb20 engine, please help me out.

your talking about the ka pump right?I believe people on here have put the ka pump on the rb25 but I tried this on my 20 and ran into the same problem so it looks like the only replacement is another 20 pump. Keep your eyes out on the classifieds, a 20 pump pops up every once in awhile on there

did you see if the KA bracket would bolt up to the rb20 block? if not maybe the RB25 bracket will bolt up to the rb20 block and then the KA pump. I don't think the guide got stickied but its on here some where.

Yep I tried and it will NOT fit. I can get pictures later if you want.

If i'm going to buy a bracket, i'll simply buy another PS pump instead
