Okay, I acquired an S14 a month ago, and I pulled the VH from my s13.
I've installed it in to the S14, and fixed some bugs from the swap to a newer car. My question is how to fix the odometer to read the correct mileage instead of 40% faster?
I've already done the speedo solder/desoldering trick, and the tach redial, but the odometer is separate from the speedo. I've googled it till I'm blue in the face, but there is nothing to change the odometer speed, except to only change it from KPH to MPH.
Is there a resistor to add to change the "J#" solder joints on the back of the speedo for the adjustment of the odometer? If so, what is the ohm rating?
Thanks,Matt
