S14 nismo differential flange issue

Greetings

all info will help !!!!!
alright i bought a differential from nismo to install into my S14, everything fit except the flanges one being too long....

how could i solve this problem.......has anybody run into this problem before

Nismo flange

bought nismo gt lsd came with differential and flanges "flanges to replace oem ones"

something i didn't know there is more than one size that come with this kit.

Ok help us out here.
Flange to the driveshaft, flange to the halfshafts/axles, flange for the diff cover????

So one axle fits and the other is too long? Are the 2 the same length, or if the one that works is shorter, can you swap it to the other side and verify it works there, and then just buy/replace that 1 axle?

alright a little bit more into. spline count is correct.

neither one of them work.

one being short retaining clip doesn't lock to diff

one being too long goes pass locking clip and hit the shorter flange inside the differential

they are assigned to be installed in a specific way, can be swapped
