S14 MAF sensor plug issues

I am in the process of having my s14 eng and trans swapped into my S13 chassis. I purchased a front clip with only 25,050 kilometers on the odometer. The issue I'm having is this; my MAF plug will not plug into my MAF. I'm a little suspicious because when I asked the shop which I purchased the clip from, the owner states that he remembers that the MAF was never "hooked up".

I'm beginning to wonder if someone played around with the harness before the clip was sold to me.

Any suggestions/solutions would be very helpful.

Is it even the right harness? hard to tell when not looking at it, is this a s14sr, and what year?

s13 and s14 ka's use different mafs
