S14 Kouki License bracket

Hi, I saw this part in the picture thread, the black bracket that is underneath the license and includes two red reflector

What is this called and where can I get one?

Well you can go to Europe and get one or have it shipped here

Oh and its not a bracket, thats just how the bumper is. While you're at it, try and find that lip too
