Define bogging. Also, what happens if you push the throttle while it's happening? Does it bog more? Have you noticed any correlation with this issue and temperature, i.e. the problem tends to happen when the car (and surrounding air) is hella hot? I ask because I have experienced some similar symptoms. If the bogging issue gets more pronouned with opening the throttle, you might check the TPS resistance. It should vary between 2-10 kOhms. If the problem is almost completely random in its occurance, you might check that you are getting good spark, that all the injectors fire consistently, and that you are getting good fuel pressure to the injectors. FSM has some good information on these tests.
Summary: bogging typically indicates the wrong ratio of fuel to air. Try to pin down all the specific circumstances of your issue, and that might narrow it further. As of now, the most anyone can say is that it's probably not the sensors that you just replaced, and that it probably is a component that controls your fuel mixture. Could be pump, dirty line, injector, pressure in rail, MAFS dirty/bad, vaccum issues, spark issues, or any of the sensors.
Good luck, and continue posting up with the info so we can throw more ideas out.
