s14 ka24de Needs adjustments and advice

the s14 is a 1995 I adjusted the timing so its not running as bad..Idle its a 800RPM BUTit shakes a bit and its leaking a little gas goes down and drips down the header, its a mixture of fuel.plus there's white smoke coming out of the exhaust if i give it gas more smoke comes out.

could it be a head gasket ready to blow?? or excess fuel and fuel on the exhaust which fuel needs to be adjusted????

Idle should be 650-750 RPM.

You need to elaborate... What is leaking from where? Also this sentence is horrible English.

White smoke is USUALLY burning coolant which would indicate a blown head gasket. White smoke can also, under certain circumstances, be burning oil. Again a horrible English sentence.
