S14 KA to S13 Chassis

Ok so for the last 2 days I've been searching here and zilvia for some help on how to convert a S14 1997 KA to a S13 chassis.

I have yet to find any valuable information on what procedures need to take place in order for me to have a successful swap. If someone could possibly direct me to a thread that they have seen or know about. Or if they could list instructions on what needs to be done in order to have the engine put in that would be greatly appreciated.

Sorry I might have not said it properly. I have an engine from a 97.. that i want to put into a 92.. i didnt know thats a downgrade?? the engine im putting in has 45,000 KMS.. original.
