Okay, so i've decided to bring my problem to the forums~

I recently bought a Turbo Ka24de from a s14 (0bd2). My Car is a 92 240sx vert (ka24de).
So i didn't have to splice the whole s14 harness, i used the s13 distributor, s13 harness, s13 MAF, and s13 lower intake manifold.
Also some background, the new motor has 370cc injectors..

Now that everything is together in one piece, i cant get it to run. I have spark and fuel and it will crank and crank. It sputters a little at first but is too flooded to run. Once i pull my fuel pump fuse, it starts up and runs normally untill the fuel is gone...

The distributor timing has been checked over and over, and no wiring has been tampered with since my previously running s13 KA. I plugged all vacuum lines besides FPR and brake booster vacuum. I've installed safc2 to help with the 370cc injecors knowing those will flood it out. at 5 in 5 out (searched all over and found that as the hotwire setting for the safc) and changing the lo-throttle setting all the way to -50% there is still no difference..

I just need some ideas on why it will only run once the fuel pump fuse is removed. IACV? Vacuum?
Thanks guys,
Tanner

Redid my SAFC2 wiring today to no avail. Rechecked all grounds...made sure iacv was sealed well. ordered vac/boost gauge to see whats going on inside the manifold..

Please some more ideas would be great!

I had that same problem when I did mine. What i ended up doing was going back with my s13 harness and ecu. It started right up. Try that and see what happens. You may have to advance your timing also with the 370cc injectors.
