S14 Jack points!

Dont know where to place my 3ton floor jack on the chassi to jack her up and set the jackstands? front and rear! pics would be very helpful! Thanx!!

For the front I use the cross member that is right behind the oil pan and that the steering rack is bolted to. I haven't noticed any detrimental effects from doing this, and I'm fairly certain this is what the FSM says to do.

For the rear I jack the car up using the differential housing.

As far as jack stands, i haven't found a good place to put them. I've just been using the four corners where you would use the scissor jack and it's seems stable, but i absolutely hate the part where i don't have any adapters to reduce the risk of damaging the pinch seams.

To protect your pinch seams geta good block of wood and cut a grove for the seam to fit in on one side and place the Jackstand on the block of wood.
