S14 Interior removal

I've searched high and low for instructions for removing the interior panels but nothing has come up. I'd appreciate some guidance by pics or where to look. I recently bought some sound dampening material to line the walls with but I don't want to mess up the panels when removing them; plus I'm not sure where the screws are.
