Kinda a long story but what i boils down too is i have a 95 intake manifold that i want to use on my 91 engine and chasis. The engine going in has been built for a turbo so the thingy that pulls intake air into the exhaust wont be used and the EGR setup wont be used. I believe i have traced all vacume lines and see where i need to cap some off and reuse the others and whatnot. I found a way to route (that isnt ghetto, and free of bends) one coolant hose and if i buy a 95 coolant hose for the other outlet then that solves those problems. I know that the 95 mani doesnt have the flaps so it has one less vac hose. I know its a lot but i hope you can visulize what i have done. Thanks in advance.~Sam

as far as I know, it's both a ka24-de

the only different between the motors is the camshafts

so, it should bolt right up

it bolts up yes but it has one less vacume hose coming out the front, the 91 has the flaps in the manifold and the 95 has a hose coming off the side for the return heater hose. It seems to work but i guess we will find out soon, the engine is in the car and i should be starting it by friday. So we will see.
