S14ka in S13 stopped running....HELP!!!

I just swapped an engine and 5spd tranny from a 95 into my 91, we used the full 95 longblock and Throttle body and everything and it went in smoothly and all that. After we buttoned everything up we started it and let it run for a few minutes,turned it off, then went to turn it back on and it only cranks and refuses to start....HELP PLEASE!! The only thing I can think of is the fact that the vacuum set up is different and we may have messed the lines up but that should have stopped it from running the first time.

today we swapped over the s13 TPS and it ran for a little but whenever I would give it throttle it would die again, on top of that it seems like the engine is getting too much fuel at idle and flooding itself. We think the FPR may be bad so we may swap out fuel rails, and on top of that i the ECU may have been tuned because the engine we took out was bored to a 2.6L. Cause that would explain the too much fuel issue. Any help would be greatly appreciated.
