So my 95 sr does not idle well at all i know big suprise. So i purchased a new iacv and cheaped out and did not buy the gasket. Can i reuse the old one if it does not tear? Or can i use rtv silicone? thanks guys

My gasket when I removed my IACV stayed stuck with manifold. If yours does tear, feal free to use RTV, it would be no big deal.

You can use RTV but if any of the surface is slightly warped it'll leak.

S14 SR iacv gasket if you're looking for it.

RTV would be less susceptible to leaks than a gasket if there was any warp to the surface.

I used RTV on mine and it seems to be holding up quite well.
