S14 hvac led help

Hey guys I was I the midst of swaping out the old led for the hvac like the ac light and the other green lights when u turn on the different settings. I did all of them but I got stuck on the last led which was the ac one. There seems to have to not have enough volts to the led. So I tested the. Volts and at a certain point it hits 6 volts so I figured it was a bad solder point so I just got some wire and connected it to the points from the circuit. And still nothing. After that I was testing the pints again but I accudently blew something and it cause the other function LEDs to stop working. I think it has to be the capacitor. Any1 have any thoughts?

ive done this before...i tryed to soilder in some leds to my hvac and messed up the unit. best thing to do is buy some leds with built in resistors from somewhere like superbrightleds.com then its as easy as plug n play....no modds required. and i just bought another hvac unit for 50 bucks and put in the new leds.....no headaches.....
