S14 Horn/Airbag question

Ok so I got a 95 S14 and noticed that car has no horn. The harness is all over the place, the clock spring is gone. Also, I had my friend come over so I can use his car as a reference and I noticed that there is a long Yellow wire that goes under dash follows the brackets to the passenger side and hooks under where the passengers right foot would go. That wire is not in my car. Any ideas?

Anything that is that solid yellow is for airbags and goes to the air bag computer. It should be there somewhere, unless some one snipped it or pulled it from that area and relocated.

Would you be able to take some pictures of where it isand what it looks like? Maybe where it leads too? I would grratly appreciate it.

I don't have an s14, that's the rule of thumb with anything air bag... Bright yellow is always air bag related.
