After refiling the cooling system with anti-freeze and water I noticed after a longer ride water was leaking into the passenger's foot well :spitout: .

Here is my problem

After research I noticed that the cooling system water goes to the heater core through the fire wall and back to the engine through the fire wall. So it is the only way the water can get in the interior. More updates soon!

Been there done that, although not to that extent, I could just smell coolant when I turned on the blower motor. Time to pull the dash, the center section of the air box, and dig the heater core out. You can also gain a little more room to get the dash in and out by pulling the seats, which in your case would be a good idea so you can pull your carpet and clean the coolant out of it.

So there is what i did: I don't have the time for pulling the dash right now so i just made the coolant go from block to the other side of the block so it skips the heater and it works (for now) I live in FL so I don't need heat. BUT I want my car fully operational so later the project is due :lolling: Sorry no pics :chuckle:

Lol, I did the same thing, what good is having working heat in the south eastern part of the US during the summer.
