Has anyone installed one of these?

I looked at the fsm and engine bay picks it has paint over the top area where the headlight bracket meets the radiator support...

Does the top part weld on to the radiator support and the bottom bolts up?

It is spot welded to the radiator support on the top ,but you can drill the spotwelds out and bolt it or pop rivet it in place.
