I own a 95 S14 LE. The other day i orderd white gauge faces and i put them on but i pulled out the needles and when i put them back in they weren't working as well the RPM needle is very slow to mark the exact revolutions the gas and MPH guages are also F**ked up. The machanic told me i need a new gauge cluster. Now my question is, i know that the SE's guages are white and want to know if an SE gauge cluster will work on my LE will the connection in the back be the same or will i have to just get another LE cluster and get white gauge faces again and do the whole process again but correct this time without pulling the needles?

I checked the FSM the only difference is wire colors for some of the circuits but it is the same port in the gauge cluster so it should just be plug and play.

I believe an SE cluster should work fine, plug and play as far as I know. I have a '95 SE and switched to a '98 JDM cluster. I just swapped the innards, which required some cutting to the cluster housing, but it was not a big deal. In the worst case scenario, you would have to do this too, but I'll bet it;s plug and play. I still have all the innards from my Se cluster, so let me know if you want them. If you have any questions email, AIM, or PM me. Good luck!
