Just dump all the pictures in here, i'm wanting to rethink my gauges as I start to finally fix the S14. I had them mounted in an aluminum DIN mount above the radio, but am thinking about something different.

Does anyone have pictures of the ATI ez-pod actually installed in the car? I'd like to see a side view to see how it meshes with the interior, and a head-on to see the visibility through the steering wheel.

We all know how awesome Broadfield's S13 is, and he's got some creative mounts, surely some S14s have some creative, well-integrated setups too!

My old setup:

hmm .. i wonder if anyone ever mounted their gauges using and modifying a GPS mounting brakect ( suction cup style ) and putting it on the windshield.

that's the root i wanna take .. don't wanna mess up my perfect dash ..

2 things with that ..

in my case it's a s13 .. and it's a 180sx

1- the steering wheel cover looks slightly different than LHD2- i don't know if it would look clean .. i tried searching for close up pictures a while back .. but didn't find anything

Well I don't how well it'd adapt to RHD, but they have an S13-specific one too... Greg (AZHitman) had it for his vert, not sure if he still is running that though.

my idea(i hope noone steals it if it hasnt been done)

mount ac controls somewhere, maybe under stereo.( have a few different ideas ie different controls), get the blacked out tinted gauges, remove the tinted face, get a piece of dark tinted plastic cut to the shape of where the ac controls used to be, mount gauges behind it. So when they're off its super clean and hidden, and when its on its like BAM!

just an idea I've had. I have to go turbo first though. Get creative. I'm not a huge fan of the pillar pods and definitely not the cut holes in your dash ones. buts thats me

That one doesn't look like it's angled enough for the driver, looks like a company that just made a piece to sell... obviously I could be wrong, but the pictures suck. Good find though!

I found this one ... I like it! I might move my Oil Temp and Pressure gauges from my ash tray location to this ... very funtional in that it keeps the gauges right in your face! http://www.frsport.com/ATI-EZ-....html
