S14 gauge cluster problem

The RPM bounces around sometimes not accurate and the MPH does not move at all. I switched to a different cluster, still same problem. Please help come on

i have the same problem with my tachometer. get yourself a service manual (if you don't already have one) and do a diagnostic check. you can get a multimeter and check voltage across the tach. if a voltage is read and fluctuates with engine speed, your tach is probably toast. i think it's the same regarding the speedometer. good luck!
