S14 Fuel Pump Relay? *Pic

I need to check the pressure right at my fuel pump and possibly drain the tank to remove it, and the only way to keep the fuel pump running without the car running is to short the power connection at the relay.

From everything I've found online the fuel pump relay should be on the drivers side down by the fuse box. Can anybody confirm if the blue connector in the pic is for the fuel pump relay?

Not sure on s14 but s13 if under the hood labeled EGI.
