S14 fog light question

Is there a separate switch for the stock SE fogs or do they just come on with the normal headlights?

I have a base model and noticed that the wires are just sitting there in my front bumper for the fogs, so I might as well just spend $50 and buy some to stick in there (anyone know if those wires are hooked up right now? My guess is they are because the rear speaker wires were hooked up when i installed rear speakers)

It's kind of funny, I really wanted an SE and my car is slowly becoming equivalent... :P

The SE fogs come on with the headlights. There's a thing on the headlight lever that lets you select whether you want them to come on or not, and if you do, they'll come on with the headlights.

on the headlight stalk, there is a seperate switch for the fog-lights, but they will only come on in conjunction with the headlights. . . you cannot turn on the fog lights without turning on your headlights. . .

This being known, has anyone installed SE foglights on a base model? Any problems? I am going to have to check out that headlight stalk thing...
