s14 fog light help

Hi i have a 1997 240sx with an 1995 battery harness dash and body harness. I have fog lights when i turn my brights on and turn the fog light switch on i hear the relay clicking but nothing happens... is there anything im missing? i checked the fuse and its good. THANK YOU!

okay so it ended up being my fog light was all rusted inside so the ground was a bad connection. one of my lights looks brand new but i tried connecting it directly to my battery and nothing happened so im guessing its bad. THANKS
