I am new to the import scene and I really want a 1995 240sx and I wanna do a 2jz swap into it. I am wandering what the cost might be as well if someone could give me a complete list of parts I will need and parts I may want to upgrade like the cluctch and fly wheel for example. Any advice would be great!

Figure anywhere from $4,000 to $20,000, depending on how cheap or expensive the parts are that you want, and if you do the work yourself or outsource it to a shop.

You'll probably need engine, trans, custom driveshaft, wiring harness, ECU, custom exhaust, modified subframe or some kind of subframe adapter (plus motor mounts), re-route some fuel lines, radiator + fans at the very least.

I see the steering rack is on the opposite side of the wheels for a Supra, so you might have to get some sort of front sump oil pan for clearance. Something about the type of water pump for clearance also. Having the FSM for each car will be helpful, especially with the wiring diagrams. It's been done, so you can save up money while you research existing build projects (hopefully you have a healthy disposable income).

In this thread there is a link to a video detailing the entire process on a car. 240sx-2jz-swap-dvd-almost-3-hours-t298168.html
I haven't watched it. I did check the link and it goes to a page that has samples and previews. The teaser video (3 minutes) shows most of the adapter pieces you'd need to make it all work. There is a chance that the entire DVD costs some money. Check it and let us know what you think.

You should do a build thread if you do the project. With lot's of pictures and we'll cheer for you along the way. Welcome to Nico!
