s14 electric fan not working

i tried doing the s14 electric fan install with the install section of the website but the fan doesn't turn on...i dont know why....the fan works with it connected straight to the battery but i connected it to a good ground and i took the blue/green stripe wire out and put the fan wire....and nothing...and i left the car running for about 10-15 mins....what do i do ?

letting it sit with the ka wont make the fan turn on. from a cold start with my sr and paper thin rad it takes 15 minuts to turn on.

its an sr20det and how do i make sure that it turns on while its running ??

setup a relay to trigger off either the fuel pump if you want it on all the time or off a temp sensor that's sets off a trigger
