S14 ecu into s13

Ok I have tried searching and was able to find some answers but none to my specific situation. I have a friend with an s14 JWT ecu, and his s14 IS OBD1. I am curious if this ecu will plug up to my s13, will I need to modify, or not at all? Just trying to save a few hundred bucks.
