There was a dyno day recently and 2 of my buddies dynoed their stock Ka's with full bolt-ons. There is something wrong.. with the car though..TQ drops then picks back up.. I have to say its some error on s13 248 cam install. As everything else is basic bolt-on exhaust, header, pulley, intake, driveshaft etc. My other buddy who dynoed also had the same issue tq drop off at around the same rpm. I believe its was a 4tooth method on exhaust cam.unsure about intake.. I will be checking the car out soon, doing some tests..redoing cams possibly. Anyone with any insight on this dyno..also these are uncorrected numbers. The dip mainly concerns me..timing was set to 25degrees

That is bizarre. Wouldn't you expect hp to drop as well considering the extent that hp drops? (didn't do the math-maybe it wouldn't affect it that much).Does it actually feel that way when driving? You may be able to notice a difference with 10ft/lbs difference, but then again you may not.

if all of your friends got the dyno at the same place, maybe their dyno is messed up
