Okay.. I'm tired of going to the track and having crazy wheel hop. I need some good suspension. Power only just isnt working anymore. What do I need to have good drag suspension? Right now I believe one of my subframe spacers are missing, I need some metal ones, I got some whitelines but they fell out eventually. Also, my suspension is all stock and my S14 has 145k miles on it. I don't want it lowered at all, is there any good stock upgrade that will help a drag-launch? How about the nismo Subframe Brace? Rear traction bars? What do you guys think I need?

Thanks!

first you'll need a decent suspension.hks drag suspension, apex-i also makes a drag suspension. jun makes a rear drag member JUN DRAG MEMBER

as for the NISMO power brace you could have any decent fab shop make for you. here's pics NISMO power brace pics

JAPANESE MOTORSPORT in australia sells the subframe spacers you're looking forJAPANESE MOTORSPORT spacers

ENERGY SUSPENSION just released their total bushing kit for the 240sx scroll down halway and you should see the 240 listingENERGY SUSPENSION 240SX LISTING

these are all the "drag" parts i can think of for now. good luck on your quest of lower et's.

The how much is the Jun Drag Member? I'm just looking for some basic stuff right now. I'm only running a T25. I just want to stop the wheel hop. Then when I get more power i'll go with the hyperdrag or somthing. Do you thin the Drag Member, power brace, and spacers will do for now? i'm running high 13s.

Maybe instead of subframe spacers, get stiffer bushings. IN a lot of cases, wheelhop tends to be assosiated with subframes moving around too much. Many RWD imports have this problem. I will say though, that you should maybe try and reduce spinning your tires as well. I find my best launches have all been with little to no wheelspin. Maybe get some stickier tires for drag racing. Something that might let you drop the clutch without spinning the wheels much.

well if you want to do what he says at the bottom of his post here you go....RACELOGIC TRACTION CONTROL

it doesn't get any better than RACELOGIC.....

He's got a VLSD. And LSD is not going to solve wheel hop problems.

you could try putting a rubber spacer's in between the front coil's one should be good but you can experiment. that would be a quick mod that might work.

The odd thing is it really only hops at the track. On the street it's fine. I guess it's the surface there.

My friend noticed that when I launch it squats big time, maybe my springs are just shot?

C-Kwik, which bushings do you think will help?
