s14 digital speedometer? recalibrate replacement from other nissan

Is there anyone who has digital speedometer option for the s14 or is there some way to custom fabricate one or is there some way to custom make a analog speedometer work from a different nissan with a higher mph mark such as 160mph

I have seen the greedy info meter but didnt see a 240sx application
