s14 diff on rb26

basically i need 2 know if an s14 lsd will handle the power from an rb26 or do i need to upgrade the diff, i have searched and cannot find it and i was just wondering.

i'm going to say yes. the diff should be able to hold a good chunk of power and definately a stock rb26dett.

just get a real differential (see Kaaz, Cusco, Nismo, etc) and youll be fine. the RB26 isnt that powerfull

your stock diff would probably hold a solid 700+...

you'll break an axel before you break something in the rear end.stock lsd is poo, get a good aftermarket one i run an ats deftforce on my car and havent had any problems with it.

i've seen some ats with carbon plates, that the one you have?

no the deftforce is completely metal and is 2way with an agressive lock up, i bought it back when i was in the drifting craze but then realized drifting was retarded and hard on the car.works very well and locks the wheels nicely, however it can make the car a bit tricky to drive in the rain and if you arnt careful it will change lanes for you.
