S14 dealer sale price?

Found a 95 240 S14 for my friend at a dealership. Manual with only 63k miles! Its in really good mechanical and interior condition, and the exterior is perfect except for the passenger mirror has a chunk broke out and the passenger side of the bumper and rear fender have some dent/crack. Also the drivers side door lock is fubar. They are askin 5900 before negotiations. Im thinking without a trade in we can get them down to around 5k. What do you guys think about that? And does anyone have any clue how much a door lock mechanism would cost?

$5k would be a good price for one with those miles...With the damages, you could probably get it for $4500-4800

It should be that expensive. Just go to a salvage yard
