s14 Cruise Control doesn't want to work when it's cold

Hey dudes,

So here's my issue, i have a 95 zenki, and the cruise control is giving me grief...It doesn't want to work after it's been sitting in the cold for a while... I've taken it apart and checked all the hoses and wires, seems to be fine.

I even took it to the dealership to have them look at it...$200 and two days layer they told me they couldn't find anything wrong with it...and told me i had a nice car. (subsequently drove home from the dealership with no cruise control)

Is there some type of temperature sensor in there somewhere? i haven't been able to find any reference to one in the maintenance manual...

Any thoughts would be appreciated!
