s14 Clutch Issues

I did a search on what i was looking for and never found exactly what my problem might be. My car has a whine through all the gears, and in neutral. Its most noticable during acceleration in the lower gears, and it completely stops if the clutch is fully depressed. It wasn't originally whining in neutral ad didn't notice the stop of whining when the clutch is depressed until yesterday. The whine through the gears is the same whine you get when going in reverse

My first thought was the alternator belt. Its not a belt, conditioned it for 24 hours and then some, no change. Read about it possibly being the throw out bearing, but then i would experience shifting issues, where as i've had no apparent change there. So that leads me to believe that I have no other idea to what it is. Any help? Thanks in advance.
