I was around 140whp with stock ecu, auto, 240 248 cams, intake, header, highflow 2.5" cat, 2.5" exhaust. The car seemed like it was pulling timing or something. I recently put a new headgasket and a 95 head on my car. Installed new Nismo thermo and radiator cap, and did the NA jwt ecu (96 in my 98). There was an improvement but the car felt like timing was still being pulled. I read in the FSM that highway drivers or racing applications should use a colder plug. I went from an NGK iridiumIX 5 series to a NGK bkr6e-11 copper. One step colder (6) and $7 a set whoo hoo. I filled the tank with 91 and went for a drive. Holy cr@p this thing pulls like vtec. The car isn't pulling timing anymore because of knock. Judging from the cars I have driven and the "butt dyno" I would estimate I am around 150whp give or take.
The JWT cams alone have been dynoed on a dynojet for 10whp increase over the stock s14 232 232 cams by az240sx.org. I would say if you swap the plugs for one step colder, do the jwt ecu, and jwt cams you should get a real world 15-20whp increase or more with the mods mentioned above(i,h,e,cat, plugs). It is hard to say.
