Well thanks to all of you for your input . I thought I should give everybody an update .

I finally pulled my motor back out and to my suprise I found 1 spun rod bearing , all main bearings , and 8 bent intake valves ,which I suspect happened on the later start up .

So what I figured out is when I did the quick rebuild before nopi all I did was change the head gasket. I thought I had all the water out of the oil but while looking at the bearings and through my oil there seemed to be just alittle left .

Lesson for today is ....change your oil five times after blowing a head gasket , two time just wasnt enough...

spun bearings shouldn't bend valves. Are you sure you had your cam timing right?

It was right when it was running but when I parked it and it sat for two months is I think when the valves bent on the startup .

Not sure exactly why but It made a nasty sound when it first turned over thats why I gave up for so long..
