Where can i buy one? I can only find them for the s13. Will a s13 iacv work on the s14 blacktop?

The s13 iacv will not fit the s14 sr. You can get one at Frsport.com...http://www.frsport.com/index.p...=iacv

...or look for one on Ebay.

Yeah, that sux. You're better off looking for a used one on Ebay or searchthe net for other sources.
