S14 BASE 4LUG-2<_>S14 BASE 5LUG?????

I HAVE A S14 BASE 4Lug and I have 350z wheels with brand new tires, so if you know ur nissans common sense told me that wont work (once i saw i needed an extra stud....lol). I need to do a 5lug swap in but, i want to keep it simple. Ill be using the stock se break set-up. All i need is the s14 5lug hubs front and rear and 5lug rotor blanks then throw my wheels on correct? No other hard to find important parts? Can i go buy these at my local auto parts store?

i searched but all i found was a bunch of contridicting info (i know i cant spell, flame suit is on and zipped) about z32,r33 other **** i wasnt interested in. thank you

at least i dont drive a turbo honda no more.....
