S14 auto to SR20 5sp, what do i need???

i'm about to buy a mint s14 but its auto just a couple of weeks ago i bought this super clean white s13 real cheap that i could take parts off (if needed, i don't really want to) i want to get the sr20 swap but i don't know if it will be too much trouble making it 5spd. can someone guide me to what its needed??? the only thing that comes to my mind right now is a driveshaft... i guess the rest i'll get with the swap.
