S14 Auto Shifts rough and o/d off light flashing

okay, so I replaced the front crank seal yesterday, and now after I got it all back together, when I start the car, the "o/d off" light, instead of just turning off, flashes for about 5-10 seconds and turns off. And while driving, the shift from first to second is really rough, and through every other gear seems delayed. The o/d still works though. I messed with a few hoses and wires in front of the engine and it seemed to go away, but if I start it up, about every second or third time, this issue still arises, what could this be from? Thanks

oh btw, the engine still acts normally, whether under load or at idle.

so this seems to have gone away completely, but it still worries me, any clue what could have happened?

Im not sure if it will flash codes or not, Ill look in the FSM when i get back to my house and let you know.

Check the fluid level and make sure you dont have any leaks. Also check any wires or sensors, Make sure nothing is pinched, smashed, or unplugged.

yeah at first I just made sure all the wires were connected, pulled off some vacuum lines and re attached them, no problems since, maybe a loose vacuum hose?
