Hello...I have converted my S14 1995 240SX KA24DE from AT to MT, I have driven the car for several months on the AT ECU w/ CEL ON........

I just received my ECU // MT ECU is " 3C " // and AT ECU is " 3D "

AT ECU - A18-B93 G01 / 4603MT ECU - A18-B92 G21 / 4826

...this is my problem....I removed AT ECU and installed MT ECU...car runs fine ...no CEL on........

this is the problem, when I turn the car off with the key from the ignition running..engine stays on, I have to put it in 1st gear and press on the clutch to kill the engine..... my lights on the gauge cluster stays on like ACC lights CEL, OIL, BATTERY but no accessory turns on with key out of ignition.......

could it be I did not wire up on the Clutch pedal the switch to looped to the brake switch? or not wired the sensors on the NEUTRAL / 5th Gear Sensors properly?

did u loop the nuetral switch?

never mind, I solved the problem...MT ECU just had to be reset and re-learn....so far no CEL
